University faculty or staff who want to request to host or to participate in a videoconference for educational, administrative, or research purposes must:

Students who want to schedule a videoconference for educational, research, or career opportunities must locate a videoconferencing facility on campus that allows students to schedule videoconferences. Some departments that maintain videoconferencing rooms and facilities may offer this service. Please contact departments directly.
For Distance Education courses, follow the guidelines found at UT System Compressed Video Class Scheduling Procedure. OTS follows the procedures set forth in this 1994 memorandum from Chancellor William H. Cunningham to schedule distance education classes and videoconferences and to resolve any conflicts.
