Security Features of the Virtual ID
Important safety and security features are built into the Virtual ID Card Web application. To begin with, you must log in with your UT EID and password
before your Virtual ID Card is displayed. This ensures that you are the only one who can access your Virtual ID Card.
Another important safety feature is that you are automatically logged off from your Virtual ID Card after 20 seconds, and all related credentials are cleared from the system.
