As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Virtual ID Cards

Updating the Photo in Your Virtual ID

To update the photo in your Virtual ID Card, you must request a new ID with a new picture at the ID Center for a $10 fee. It can take up to 24 hours for a new photo to show up in the university's Photo Database.

In some instances, you may not have a photo on file to be updated. The university began digitally capturing photos for university ID cards in the spring of 1996. If your university ID card is an older one, you will need to have a new one made to use your Virtual ID Card. If you have an older ID card, it is strongly recommended to update your ID card to take advantage of new security features.
