As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Viewing Message History in SmartVoice

You can view the history of a message, including when it was created, sent, read, replied to, or forwarded. To see the history of a sent message:

  1. Click the message in the mailbox to select it.

  2. Click the History button, or select the Message menu, then History.
