Add, Change, or Cancel Service
Before requesting new SmartVoice service, changes to current service, or cancellation of service, you can verify that a SmartVoice mailbox does or does not currently exist by following these steps:
Dial the SmartVoice Express Messaging line: on campus, 2-1001; off campus, 512-232-1001.
When prompted, enter the mailbox number — usually the 5-digit campus phone number — and press the pound key (#).
