For new voice mail service, please call the Telephone Services Office at 512-471-0019 for final setup. Your line needs to be programmed to forward missed calls to voice mail when your line is unanswered and/or busy, and to have the message-waiting indication on your telephone set.
Tip: If you are unsure of whether your voice mail service is new, call your number after you have set up your greeting and see if the voice mail message picks up. If the phone just rings without rolling to voice mail, you need to call the Telephone Services Office.
