The Phone Just Rings and Voice Mail Doesn't Pick Up

Once you have set up your SmartVoice voice mailbox as desired, you must call the Telephone Services Assignment Office at 512-471-0019 and request to have your line transfer to voice mail when it is busy or there is no answer. Otherwise, callers will not be able to leave a message.
