As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Sending File Attachments Online in SmartVoice

You can attach files, such as Word documents, to messages you send from the SmartVoice desktop application. Attached files can only be viewed using the Web or desktop application.

Caution: Recipients will not be able to hear the attachment if they check the message from a phone, and they will not be notified that an attachment is included.

  1. Log in to SmartVoice Web online.

  2. Create a new message.

  3. Click Browse.

  4. Select the file you want to attach, then click Open.
