As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Logging In to SmartVoice Web Online

To log in to SmartVoice online:

  1. Go to the SmartVoice Web server at

  2. Select the EID User Login if you have an individual mailbox, then use your UT EID and password to log on. Select Non-EID User Login if you have a departmental mailbox, then use the login information provided by your department.

    Note: Non-EID passwords should be changed from the default. To do so, click Preferences in the left-hand navigation bar, then click Change Password.

  3. Click Login.

The Web page times out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is the same timeout length of all UT EID applications. This helps to secure your communications and to ensure availability of active connections.
