How to Order Encoding for Webcasts and Streaming Media
University faculty or staff members can e-mail video@its.utexas.edu with order requests or questions. Departments already participating in the campus video network need only schedule their programming for G2 encoding, in addition to any other resources they were already using (such as codecs to reach other UT System institutions).
Generally, a facility with special equipment and media is necessary. ITS has compiled a list of Videoconferencing Rooms & Facilities at the university, and ITS staff also may be able to help you locate and reserve a facility. Please e-mail video@its.utexas.edu with any questions or for information regarding the equipment needed.
