As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Changing Your Username

Only account sponsors have the authority to request username changes. If you are an account sponsor and need to change the username of a UTS account, contact the ITS Help and Service Desk.

When choosing a username, it must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be 3 to 8 characters long.

  • The first character must be a lowercase letter.

  • The username can only contain numerals and lowercase letters.

Note: The associated login name, email address, and URL for the UTS account will change immediately to reflect the new username.
