Tagging Files in WebSpace
A tag is a keyword that describes the content or context of a file. For example, you might tag all of the files associated with a research project with the word "research". Files can have multiple tags, and WebSpace lets you sort your files by their tags.
Assigning a Tag
Click the file you want to tag and select Tag.
Enter your tag in the field, and then click Add. If you want to enter multiple tags, separate them with spaces, so keep in mind that single tag names should not have any spaces.
Click OK.
Removing a Tag
Click the tagged file and select Tag.
Click the X to the right of the tag you want to remove, and click OK.
Sorting by Tags
To sort your files by their tags, click the Tags column header at the top of the document manager. Note that if a file has multiple tags, it will be sorted using the first tag assigned to it.
