Recommended Browsers for Ticket Interface and Permissions Management
If you are using Internet Explorer 8, Chrome 7, or Safari 5, you may experience errors when you click the Manage button in Webspace and select any option. Usually, the browser will either crash, draw a white screen, or display an error dialog with the message "Request Failed".
To get these features to work, you may use one of the following options:
Use compatibility view in Internet Explorer 8 to switch to Internet Explorer 6 or 7.
Use a different browser. We recommend Firefox 7.0 for best results. Later versions of Firefox may experience issues with WebSpace.
