Activating Windows 7 Ultimate
Note: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition is available for students, as well as work-at-home faculty and staff.
To activate Windows 7 Ultimate, use the individual alphanumeric key included in your distribution.
To check the activation status of Windows 7 Ultimate Edition:
Click on the Windows icon and search for "Activate Windows".
In the Windows Activation window, make sure it says "Windows is activated."
Note: If you see "X days to activate. Activate Window now," select the link to open the activation wizard, then follow the steps to activate your license.
