Students, faculty, staff, and official visitors receive a weekly default bandwidth allocation. If you run out of bandwidth on campus, your Internet connection speed will slow down considerably.

Already at the highest tier? Buy emergency one-time bandwidth from the TXshop. It is more expensive and should only be purchased when you no longer have the option to increase your bandwidth tier.
