Overview
The ITS Help Desk provides UT Austin students, faculty and staff with a centralized point of contact for technical support services. ITS Help Desk consultants are available to answer your questions by telephone, e-mail, chat, or on a walk-in basis. The ITS Help Desk also provides carry-in troubleshooting service for software problems. When you contact the ITS Help Desk, you can receive help with most of your information technology questions. ITS Help Desk consultants are also familiar with other technical support options on campus. Contacting the ITS Help Desk first can save you time and effort in finding solutions and answers to your technology-related problems.

Cost
Most ITS Help Desk services are available at no cost to UT students, faculty, and staff. The drop-off service starts at $65.
