Overview
The Information Desk serves as a resource for assistance in the Flawn Academic Center (FAC). During hours of operation, a proctor is present to answer general questions, check laptops out, and collect old UT-owned hard drives for safe and secure destruction.

- Students, faculty, and staff can check PC laptops out for a 24-hour period.
- Faculty and staff can drop off old UT-owned hard drives for safe and secure destruction.
- Get assistance locating rooms in the FAC.

Cost
Information Desk services are available at no charge to students, faculty, and staff. However, late fees for checked-out equipment may apply.
