When trying to create a new list, I get an error "listname Missing argument listname."

If you receive this error message, check to make sure that you entered a name for your list. If you did, make sure it follows these conventions:

1. List names must be all lower case.
2. The first character of the list name must be a letter or number.
3. The rest of the list name can contain letters, numbers, dashes (-), periods (.), plus signs (+) and underscores (_).
4. The list name cannot have spaces.
