I wanted to personally thank you for all the time you spent last spring and summer to help us with our transition from UT System to UT Austin. There were over 100 people at both institutions across numerous departments that worked to ensure the success of this migration. A large amount of this credit should be passed on to you. So much of what we do is tied to information technology. The commitment by you and your team to plan, execute, review, and revise was top notch. Things are now going smoothly for us and we are able to start working on process improvements as we integrate ourselves into the university. We owe the university and you. Choosing to use ITS for the International Office's IT support over an in-house person was one of the best business decisions that I have ever made.
