Importing Contact Information (Windows)

You can import your contacts list to use as a personal address book in Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts.
- Select the Add a new directory or address book option, and then click Next.
- Select Additional Address Books, then click Next.
- Select the type of address book you want to import, then click Next.
- Enter the details for the address book to import, then click Next.
- Restart Outlook.
- From the File menu, select Folder and then Properties for your folder name.
- Select the Outlook Address Book tab, then select the Show this folder as an e-mail address book option, enter a descriptive name, then click OK.
