Cannot Open Another User’s Calendar or Folders (Entourage)
To open another user’s calendar or folders, Exchange constructs an address that is based on the domain (such as austin.utexas.edu) and the part of the e-mail address before the @ symbol. If this constructed e-mail address does not match an actual or proxy e-mail address, the calendar or folders cannot be opened.
To resolve the problem, contact the ITS Help Desk to have a proxy address added to the user’s account.
