Managing Multiple Mailboxes (Mac)

• Operating System: Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4
• Application: Microsoft Entourage 2004

If you have multiple Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) accounts that you want to access using Entourage, you can create multiple identities. This will let you access all of your accounts and keep the information separate.

Configuring Entourage for Multiple Identities

1. Open Entourage.
2. If you have not already created an initial identity, refer to Setting Up Entourage 2004 (Mac).
3. From the Entourage menu, select Switch Identity.
4. Click the Switch button.
   
   NOTE: If you get a warning, quit all open applications, including Entourage. Then restart Entourage.
    
5. Click the New button to create a new identity.
6. Enter a descriptive name for the new identity, then select OK.
7. Exit the Entourage setup assistant.
