Making More Free/Busy Calendar Information Available

You can let other Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) users see whether or not you are free or busy for a particular time.

Two months of free/busy calendar information is available by default. To increase the number of months available for other users to see:

1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Ensure the Preferences tab is selected.
3. Select the Calendar Options button, and then select the Free/Busy Options button.
4. In the Publish field, enter the number of months of free/busy information you want to make available to other users.
5. Select the OK button on the three dialog boxes to close them.
