Creating your Austin Exchange mailbox
- Log in to ITS Computer Account Services.
- In the Windows Services section, click the Add Service button for Austin Exchange Mailbox.
- Configure your account in the window that appears.

Hosting departmental mail on Austin Exchange
If you are a departmental representative and want to host your department's mail service on the central Austin Exchange service, please send e-mail to wes-group@austin.utexas.edu.
