Accessing Mailboxes if you are a Delegate (Mac)
- Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 and above
- Application: Microsoft Entourage 2008
If someone has assigned you as their delegate, you can send or receive e-mail or meeting requests on their behalf. You must acknowledge the assignment to display their Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) account.
Accessing Mailboxes if you are a Delegate
- Open Entourage.
- From the Entourage menu, select Account settings.
- Double-click on the account you want to edit..
- Select the Delegate tab.
- In the Users I'm a delegate for section, click Add.
- Use Search to find the person you want to add.
- Select the correct person and click OK. You may be asked to enter your user name and password.
Once you have finished the steps above, Entourage will begin to synchronize the calendar and e-mail of the person for whom you are a delegate. Their information should display in your folder list..
