Accessing Shared Calendars (Entourage)
- Operating System: Mac OS X
- Application: Microsoft Entourage
If someone has granted you permission to view their calendar, complete the following steps to view their calendar:
- Open Entourage.
- Select the Calendar view.
- From the File menu, select Open Another User's Folder and then enter the mailbox name of the person whose calendar you want to view.
- Click OK. You should now be able to view the other person's calendar.
