Preventing Meeting Requests from Being Deleted
Outlook 2003 usually sends meeting requests to the Deleted Items folder when you respond to a meeting request. To change this setting and keep your meeting requests:
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- Select the E-Mail Options button, and then select the Advanced E-Mail Options button.
- Make sure the Delete meeting request from Inbox when responding checkbox is not selected.
- Select the OK button on the three dialog boxes to close them.
