Accessing Mailboxes if you are a Delegate (Outlook 2003)

If someone has assigned you as their delegate, you can send or receive e-mail or meeting requests on their behalf. You must acknowledge the assignment to display their Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS) e-mail and calendar.
Accessing Mailboxes if you are a Delegate
- Open Outlook.
- On the Tools menu, select E-Mail Accounts.
- Select the View or change existing e-mail accounts option, and then select Next.
- Select the Exchange account type, and then select Change.
- Select More Settings, and then select the Advanced tab.
- Select Add, and then enter the mailbox name of the person whose mailbox you want to add.
- Select OK to close both windows.
- You should now be able to expand the delegated mailbox in the main Outlook pane.
