Accessing Shared Calendars (Outlook 2003 and 2007)

• Operating System: Windows
• Application: Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007

If someone has granted you permission to view their calendar, complete the following steps to view their calendar in Outlook 2003 or 2007:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Select the Calendar view.
3. Select Open a Shared Calendar and then enter the mailbox name of the person whose calendar you want to view.
4. Click OK. You should now be able to view the shared calendar.
