Resnet: Report Poor Wireless Coverage

This form is intended to report weak or no wireless signal in residence hall room and interior common areas only. (This excludes dining halls and exterior areas).

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).


If necessary, ITS Networking will test from the desk in your room and verify at least 7Mb/s throughput to our test server.  If throughput is less than 7Mb/s we will report to you our plans to remediate within one business week.
