Drop-Off Service Retirement

With the endorsement of the IT Student Advisory Committee and IT governance, the ITS Drop-off Service is being retired. The decision was based on an analysis that revealed a very small and declining customer base, increasing overhead to offer the service and no additional benefits to the warranty repair service already offered through the Campus Computer Store (CCS). Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to take their computers in need of repairs to the Campus Computer Store, conveniently located in the lobby of the Flawn Academic Center.
