Using the Virtual Private Network

Users of the Virtual Private Network (VPN) should be aware that the Cisco Systems VPN client will expire on April 25, 2011. If you are a VPN user, please use the web option or download the new clients from Bevoware. Additional information about the VPN is available at: http://www.utexas.edu/its/vpn/index.php
The VPN provides a secure connection to campus from any computer that has an Internet connection. Students, faculty and staff can use the VPN to check e-mail, access a personal directory on a departmental server, access network shares, print to campus printers, and more.
