Secure Doc Meeting Scheduled

In response to the Secure Doc incident that began on Friday, June 10th, an open meeting for campus IT staff is scheduled for Friday, June 17, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in ACES, Avaya Auditorium.
Cam Beasley, Chief Information Security Officer, Mark Jacaman, Senior Information Technology Manager, and Scott Richardson, Senior System Administrator will cover the following topics:
- The incident - background, communication, cause and next steps
- SecureDoc service hardware architecture
- Change management and testing practices
- The Secure Doc support team
- Questions and Answers
Anyone with questions or ongoing concerns is encouraged to attend.
