ITS Website Redesign - Ideas for Enhancements

July 11, 2014

There are exciting improvements on the horizon for the Information Technology Services website!

It has been several years since the ITS website received a major overhaul. The goals of this redesign, led by ITS Applications, will be to provide a more intuitive experience and take advantage of the new Web infrastructure. Benefits to campus will be easier access to ITS-related information.

The new site will leverage the new, mobile friendly web design themes created by the University Communications Digital Experience project, and will build on the capabilities of the new IT service management tool. The new site will also support ITS service owners ability to update their own content through a distributed content ownership structure.

Gathering feedback from people on campus who use the ITS website, including ITS staff, is the first step towards planning the redesign.

Please share your ideas for enhancing the ITS website via this link to a brief survey. You are encouraged to complete the short survey and to share this call for feedback with others on campus. The survey will be open through July 22nd.
