On Tuesday, October 20, 2009, the Campus Cable TV system is being upgraded to provide 72 channels. The increase from 35 to 72 channels is a result of work done during the summer on the system’s hardware. You can view the new lineup on the Campus Cable TV pages.
To complete the upgrade, the service will be turned off starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20. Work should be complete and service restored by 5 p.m. that afternoon.
Campus Cable TV provides TV service in public areas around campus, such as the Texas Union, Gregory Gym, and many other locations. For more information, view the Campus Cable TV Web site.
