New Customers Use ITS Services
Since June 2010, a number of new customers have signed on with Information Technology Services (ITS) for new or additional services. They include:
For managed desktop support
- James Michener Center for Writers (MCW)
- Office of Public Affairs (OPA)
- Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL)
- Aerospace Engineering (ASE)
- Institute for the Public School Initiatives (IPSI)
For printing services
- School of Architecture
- Cockrell School of Engineering Departments--Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Aerospace Engineering (AE) and Petroleum & Geosystems Engineering (PGE)
- Andrews Dorm (Housing & Food)
Most recently, the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) successfully migrated to Austin Exchange Messaging Service (AEMS). Dave Moss, project team lead, expressed special appreciation to Glen Martin, who conducted the mailbox migrations, and Oscar Trevino, whose team worked individually with OTC staff to reconfigure their email clients and mobile devices.
