The University of Texas at Austin

New Mobile-Friendly CIO Website Launches

November 22, 2013

The website for the Chief Information Officer (CIO)—home of all the IT governance web pages—has been updated to comply with guidelines and standards established by the University Communications office. The newly released site is more mobile-friendly than previous versions which is a key element of the new campus-wide mobile strategy and instrumental in building the future digital experience at The University of Texas at Austin.

The content of the CIO website is the same; only the look and feel has changed, along with small enhancements to the navigation menu. The updated site continues to provide access to all of the IT governing committee agendas and meeting minutes just as before. Going forward, the CIO website will take advantage of the most current UT branding and web publishing guidelines. These pages work better on mobile devices because the website is responsive to the device on which it is accessed. Please take this opportunity to check out the new site
