ITS has created a new site that gives users a look at the technology behind the ITS Web site and the ongoing effort used to develop and implement changes that improve user experience and customer service.
You can now read about ongoing experiments that ITS is conducting and leave feedback using our new commenting system.
When an experiment is underway, you will see notifications on pages where experiments are taking place. Clicking the Learn more link in the notification takes you to a page about the experiment. You can read about how the test is being performed and leave comments about your experience.
