Onsite Support Services

Our contract options are designed to give you exactly what you need to help manage your IT needs. We have several flexible contract options available. Regardless of the option you choose, you get the benefits of managing your IT needs through ITS Onsite Support Services.

Half- to Full-Time

The half- to full-time support option is for those who need an IT professional on-site on a daily basis. You receive the benefits of having on-site IT support staff who function as employees of your department, with the peace of mind that staff members have the most up-to-date training. Agreements are available for half- or full-time, and multiple IT support staff members can be provided depending on need.

Time Slice

The time slice support option provides weekly on-site technical support from one of our IT professionals. Most agreements schedule three hours per week, either in the morning or in the afternoon, for 50 weeks per year. More time can be purchased in three hour weekly increments, or we can tailor a time slice to fit your IT needs.

On Call

If you need an IT professional only occasionally, our on-call support option may be best for you. With this option, you pay for the time you use, but only when you need it.

Project

Project contracts let you bring in IT professionals in support of a specific goal. We can set up a new lab, install a new server, and even plan your project from start to finish.
