ITS User Services

Overview

ITS User Services offers proactive, reliable, competitively-priced management for your information technology needs. We can provide support for desktops, laptops, servers, and student-use labs. We can also provide a fully-staffed call center to route calls to your existing support team.

We can evaluate your existing technology to see if any savings can be gained by using centralized services. If it benefits your department, we can set up and manage physical or virtual servers, enterprise back-up solutions, data storage, and enterprise email and calendar services. Otherwise, we can support your existing technology infrastructure in accordance with the mission and policies of the university.

  • Strategize and prioritize your IT needs including purchases and lifecycle.
  • Draw on the skills and knowledge of trained IT peers to solve both routine and emergency problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with your Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans
  • Assist your department's Technical Support Contact with networking tasks and security responses, including the annual ISO Risk Assessment (ISORA).
