Understanding a Printer Queue
The print queue shows information, such as print status and number of pages, for each document sent to a specific printer.
The print queue allows you to view the following information for a print job:
- Document Name - The file name of the document.
- Status - The current status of the document.
- Owner - The user name of the person who sent the document to the printer.
- Pages - Both the number of pages that have printed and the number of pages in the document.
- Size - The size of the document in kilobytes.
- Submitted - The time and date the document was sent to the printer.
- Port - The port being used by the printer.
