ITS Printing Service Software Usage Statement

Read the usage statement below. If you agree to all the terms, click Agree. You will then be prompted for your UT EID and password so we can verify your eligibility. Once your eligibility has been determined, the download page will attempt to detect your operating system and present the appropriate programs. If you would like to view programs for other platforms, choose the platform from the Operating Systems drop-down menu. To download a file, click its Download button.

ITS Printing Service Software Usage Statement for Students, Faculty and Staff of The University of Texas at Austin 1. Information Technology Services (ITS) either owns or has acquired certain rights to the software and documentation in the software package. You are bound by the terms and conditions of these acquired materials and the current ITS Printing Service Software Usage Statement. 2. ITS Printing Service Software can be used for University-related business (education, research, service and personal non-commercial use as allowed by UT) by students, faculty, staff or authorized agents of The University. 3. ITS Printing Service Software media, software, documentation or components may not be redistributed except with the express written permission of ITS. 4. You, as the licensee and subscriber for ITS Printing Service Software, may use this license in one of two ways (but not both): (a) Personal license: ITS Printing Service Software may be installed on any computer(s) for *your* use while you are a student, faculty, staff or authorized agent of The University (incidental and/or occasional use by others is allowed). (b) Computer license: ITS Printing Service Software may be installed and used on one computer owned or managed by The University and used by students, faculty, staff and authorized agents of The University (incidental and/or occasional use by others is allowed). 5. No reverse engineering is allowed. No title is conveyed with this license, nor may the license be sublet, transferred or assigned. 6. UT makes no representation with respect to the adequacy of ITS Printing Service Software for any particular purpose or with respect to its adequacy to produce any particular result. UT is not liable for loss or damage arising out of the use of ITS Printing Service Software by the licensee. In no event shall UT be liable for special, direct, indirect or consequential damages, (including economic loss), losses, costs, fees or expenses of any nature or kind.
