Biological Sciences Computer Support Facility
When the Biological Sciences needed to kick start software deployment with Absolute Manage the Desktop Systems Manaement (DSM) team jumped in to help update their server and instructed staff on software packaging/ deployment.

College of Pharmacy
Since sharing of Absolute Manage packages is not possible in the current version of Absolute Manage the DSM team instead offered to provide a software packaging tutorial, upgrade the Pharmacy Absolute Manage server to the most current version and resolve some lingering database issues.
