Overview
Under the Texas Campus-wide Software License Grant (CSLG) program, Independent School Districts and institutions of Higher Education in the State of Texas can obtain quarterly license PAKs for covered UNIX and VMS systems. Joining this program entitles you to CSLG license PAKs only. Software maintenance and consulting are not provided, and must be obtained directly from the vendor. Schools can enroll their campus in the CSLG program by purchasing the Annual CSLG Enrollment item.
Cost and Eligibility
The CSLG program is available to educational institutions in the State of Texas. Schools in The University of Texas System should refer to the more full-featured DEC Software Program.
Annual CSLG Enrollment for Tru64 Unix or OpenVMS is $1,700. CSLG enrollments must renewed each year, or the software must be uninstalled.
System Requirements
Hardware running Tru64 UNIX (formerly OSF, Digital UNIX, etc.) or OpenVMS (on Alpha or VAX); hardware must be institutionally-owned.
