UT System IBM Customer Agreement

Overview

The University of Texas System has entered into a Customer Agreement with IBM Corporation. This is not a blanket order or license agreement, and is required in order for the university to purchase certain hardware, software, and services from IBM.

This agreement does not cover any specific products or services. Refer to Licensing Info for more information on this agreement.

Cost and Eligibility

This agreement applies to departments at all institutions in The University of Texas System, as well as to university wholly-owned subsidiaries. Other institutions of higher learning in Texas may execute this contract without further need of negotiating.
