Sending Secure Messages
How do I access the Secure Message application?
Employees of the UT System may log on to the Secure Message System to access the system.
Who can send a Secure Message?
Employees of any UT institution can send secure messages using the Web submission form found at Send a Secure Message.
What types of messages are appropriate?
The Secure Message System was designed primarily to safeguard the personal information of people or entities doing business with the UT System. Secure messages may be used to transmit other types of sensitive information, but be aware that messages remain available for a maximum of 31 days.
