Folders appear as files when using Fetch 5.3.x

There is a known bug in Fetch 5.3.x where some folders appear as files. These "files" cannot be opened by double clicking them.

Fetch developers have fixed this problem in the Fetch 5.4 beta, and it should be fixed in the final release of 5.4 as well.

To work around the problem:

  1. Open Fetch.
  2. From the Go menu, select Go to Folder.
  3. Enter the path of the folder you want to go to, then click OK.

Alternatively, you can use a different SFTP client, such as Filezilla.
