Delivery of E-mail is Slow

The slow delivery or reception of e-mail on campus is usually due to a large demand on the Mail Filtering Service. If e-mails are delayed, ITS service administrators will address the issue to ensure prompt delivery of messages. Delays generally do not last longer than a half hour.

If there is a prolonged delay in message delivery, the issue will be noted on the ITS Service Alerts page.
