Where can I host my Web site?
There are a number of options for hosting your Web site on campus.
If you’re publishing a personal Web site, ITS recommends using WebSpace. For a comparison of other options, refer to the Personal Web Publishing Options page.
If you’re a faculty member and you want to publish Web sites for courses you are teaching, ITS recommends using Blackboard, since it also provides course management tools. For a comparison of other options, refer to the Publishing Course Information on the Web page.
Student organizations have a special directory on Web Central to publish information about their group. For more information, refer to the Student Organization Publishing page.
Departments and colleges have a number of options for publishing Web sites, although publishing on Web Central is recommended. For more information, refer to the Publishing Options for Colleges, Departments, and Organizations page.
