SmartVoice voice mail doesn’t pick up when someone calls

After you set up your voice mailbox, you then must request to send callers to voice mail if you don’t answer. Call the Telephone Services Assignment Office at 512-471-7800 and request to have your line transfer to voice mail when it is busy or there is no answer.
